Went to the Ragan "Communications Roundup" at Southwest Airlines headquarters a couple of weeks ago.

Overwhelming indeed. As Jack Nicholson so aptly said to Helen Hunt in that schmarmy scene from As Good As It Gets, "It made me want to be a better communicator."
