Going viral: Did George W. Bush wipe his hand on Bill Clinton’s shirt?

This video burned up the Web waves Wednesday. It shows former Presidents Clinton and Bush shaking hands with people in Haiti. In the footage, it appears Bush wiped his hand on Clinton’s shirt after shaking hands with someone.

What do you think?

We comment because we don't like George W. Bush on a personal level. Even if he does the right thing, we don't like it because we don't like him. Clinton, on the other hand, wiped something else on a blue dress while in the Oval Office, but we intentionally foget that.

We comment on this video, Marsbooth, because we are communications professionals. The body language of George W. Bush communicates a strong message about the former President and the nation he represents on the world scene. When visiting Haiti on a humanitarian mission, you don't shake the hands of earthquake victims and then (with cameras rolling) wipe your hand on the shirt of another ex-President of the United States. All of the positive PR America garnered with the honest extending of hands to the Haitian people was, in this moment, replaced by a more controversial message from ex-President George W. Bush--the fear of his skin touching theirs.

dont' put it past him.
georgey definitely wiped his glasses on a woman's sweater at a break during a David Letterman shooting. The guy has zero class or manners, and acts completely entitled. A waste of human space.

Makes me realize how entertaining George Dubya was. Those years were a field day for communicators. I sure do miss all the jokes and pokes!

Commenting on this will make you smarter, taller, more handsome, prettier, funnier, fitter, more talented in the kitchen, a better husband, a better wife, a nature lover, skinnier, and more muscular.

It will also give you an improved sense of self-worth and a general pleasant feeling for the rest of the day.

Yes, this answer is ridiculous.

But so was the question.

marsbooth:

And commenting on this benefits us, how?
